Bob Soesbe dips the tire of a bike at the RAGBRAI XL Dip Site on Ninth Avenue North and the Mississippi River. On July 28, more than 10,000 riders will be at the Dip Site to celebrate completion of the big ride. Soesbe recently bought the circa 1950 “B.F.Goodrich made by Schwinn” bicycle at an auction.
