In this July 2008 file photo, cyclist and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong wears a yellow Livestrong bracelet as he appears during a news conference regarding a new war on cancer at the National Press Club in Washington. Armstrong created the yellow "Livestrong" bracelets in 1997 after surviving stage three testicular cancer--with tumors that had spread to his abdomen, lungs, lymph nodes and brain--to raise funds for cancer research and later founded the Livestrong Foundation. Armstrong left the board of Livestrong in 2012 amidst doping accusations.
