Fulton’s Logan Rascher chips toward the pin on the 15th green Tuesday during the Three Rivers Conference golf tournament at Maple Bluff Golf Club in Geneseo, Ill. Rascher shot an 85, several strokes below his average to help the Steamers edge Morrison by one stroke for the title.
