CLINTON —
The City of Clinton has declared a Snow Emergency to be in effect from midnight Wednesday, December 19, until all streets have been cleared.
If vehicles have not been removed by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, the Clinton Police Department will enforce the ticket and/or towing process.
