CLINTON — In preparation for the upcoming snowfall, the city of Clinton has declared a snow emergency in effect from 8 a.m. Tuesday until all streets have been cleared. Questions can be directed to the Public Works Department at 242-0261. Snowfall amounts are predicted to be anywhere from 8 to 14 inches for our area.
