CLINTON —
Due to 18th Avenue North being closed for construction, participants in the Fourth of July parade Wednesday will use an alternate route to line-up on Roosevelt Street.
Motorized units should enter from 11th Avenue North or 12th Avenue North in order to line-up in the 900 to 1000 block of Roosevelt St. according to Clinton Police Capt. James Klaes. Line-up for motorized units will begin at noon.
Walking units should meet at the marina parking lot no later than 12:45 p.m.
The parade will begin at 1 p.m. and run from the Ninth Avenue North boat ramp, along Riverview Drive, to the Historical Society Museum at 601 S. First Street.
