Dutch TV producers seek Fulton men for reality show

FULTON, Ill. — Residents of Dutch descent could get the chance of a lifetime and a shot at stardom with a new reality series.

Television producers from a station in the Netherlands are looking for Dutch Americans hoping to find love for a new show, “Origins of Love.”

Males age 25-45, who are second or third generation Dutch or have some Dutch blood in them, are encouraged to apply for the unique multi-cultural experience.

Participants will get the chance to date interesting and attractive Dutch women, while exploring Dutch culture. The show produced by Blue Circle Television will be shot in both the Netherlands and the United States.

Those interested must be available this winter for filming.

Producers contacted Tourism Director Heather Bennett seeking contestants for the show. Fulton was contacted as one of many Dutch communities in the United States. If area residents are selected, filming could take place in Fulton.

To apply e-mail Dutchtvproducer@live.nl before Sept. 12 or visit www.bluecircle.tv.
