CLINTON —
Two people were treated for injuries following a crash between a 2007 GMC pickup and a 2004 Dodge Durango that happened at 9 p.m. Saturday at Mill Creek Parkway and Valley West Court.
According to an accident report, Donald R. Cooper, 68, of Loves Park, Ill., was heading west in his pickup truck on Valley West Court from the Wild Rose Casino when he ran a stop sign.
He then collided with the Durango that was being driven south on Mill Creek Parkway by Michael J. Rosenboom, 39, of Low Moor.
A 14-year-old girl, who was one of seven people in Rosenbloom’s vehicle, was flown by MedForce helicopter to Iowa City for a possible injury. Jessica Cooper, 70, of Loves Park, who was a passenger in Donald Cooper’s vehicle, was transported to Mercy North.
Donald Cooper was cited for failure to obey a stop sign, according to the report.
