MAQUOKETA — Janet Kay Starks Sills, 60, of DeWitt and formerly of Maquoketa and Monticello, died Thursday at her home. Visitation will be at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, after 4 p.m. Monday with a service at 7 p.m. Monday.
