OXFORD JUNCTION —
Carl DeLarm, 78, of Oxford Junction, died Wednesday at his home.
A celebration of his life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Burial will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island, Ill., with military honors.
