CHESTER, S.C. —
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Jesus Christ, Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Clinton, for Juergen Morris of Chester, South Carolina who passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012.
Following the Mass Juergen’s ashes will be interred at St. Mary’s Cemetery, sharing the grave site of his paternal grandmother, Gladys M. Morris 1903 – 1980. A luncheon will follow at St. Boniface Hall.
Prior to Juergen’s cremation, there was a viewing followed by a Funeral Mass at Emmanuel Catholic Church, Dayton, Ohio.
Juergen was born in Freiburg, Breisgau, Germany in 1955 and came to America in 1965. He is survived by his parents, Jack and Marjorie Morris; sisters, Carolyn Morris, Sabina Dean and Sholeen Wuest; brothers, Patrick Morris and Anthony Morris and 32 nieces and nephews.
