Margie M. Higgins age 73, of Bettendorf, IA, died Saturday Dec. 29, 2012 at Bettendorf Health Care Center.
According to her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday Jan. 5th from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
Margie was born on April 23, 1939 in Ft. Dodge, IA, the daughter of Elmer and Marie (Wilke) Holm. She had worked as a bank teller for many years.
She was a member of the Lyons Chapter, O.E.S.
She is survived by two children, Daniel (Wendy Johnson) Higgins of Greenville, MI and Kristi (Kevin) Gustafson of Moline, IL; a granddaughter, Haley Gustafson; a brother, Rodger (Dolores) Holm of Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Marlene.
