Donna R. Arp, 55, of Davenport, died Wednesday at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf. Friends are invited to a gathering in celebration of her life on Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Unitarian Church, Davenport, lower level. Runge Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
