Harold H. Penrose, 91, of Maquoketa, died Saturday at the Maquoketa Care Center.
A celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa, with military honors.
