RIFLE, Colo. —
Scott S. Wiggins, 54, of Rifle and formerly of the Quad Cities, died Dec. 5 in Rifle.
A graveside service and burial celebrating his life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Union Cemetery, rural Maquoketa. A service also was held in Rifle at the Rifle Funeral Home. There will be no visitation. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is in charge of local arrangements.
