Debra Jo Costello, 57, of Andrew, died Saturday at her home.
A celebration of her life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Burial will be in the Bridgeport Cemetery, rural Maquoketa.
