Carl J. Rotman, 90, of Maquoketa, died Thursday at Clover Ridge Place in Maquoketa.
Friends and family may gather from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. A private graveside service and burial was held at Alexander Levi Section of Linwood Cemetery, Dubuque.
