Theresa Marie Holmes, 67, of Fulton, Illinois, died Friday, August 31, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center, Clinton.
Memorial services were held at the Evangelical Free Church, Clinton, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 11 a.m.
The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
Theresa was born September 24, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Henry Joseph and June Marie (Tidwell) Stallings. She was retired, but had been employed as a waitress and a housekeeper.
She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Shelly Marie Kilby of Fulton; Theresa June Holmes of Carrier Hills, IL; son, William (Janel) Holmes of San Jacinto, CA; eight grandchildren; parents, Les and June Matyas of Fulton, IL; brother, Rick (Cheryl) Stallings of Silvis, IL; sister, Misty (Mark) Fanderclai of Fulton, IL; and aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Shannon Hartley.
