ELMHURST, Ill. —
Lucas Clay Jewett, 17, of Elmhurst, died Jan. 9 at Children’s Hospital in Chicago.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 125 W. Church St., Elmhurst, followed by a time of visiting until 4 p.m.
