Carl Robert Rigg, 76, of Lost Nation and formerly of Bettendorf and Louisiana, died Friday at his home.
Services are pending and will be announced at a later date. A natural journey farewell with cremation has taken place. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is assisting the family.
