Robert D. “Bob” Manning, 88, of Maquoketa, died Saturday at his home.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the center. Cremation will follow the celebration of life service.
