Barry J. Watters, 64, of Baldwin, died Monday at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa.
A celebration of his life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery, rural Monmouth, Iowa.
